1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value your trust and aim to provide a transparent and customer-friendly refund and cancellation process for all Maruti Suzuki Insurance policies purchased through our network.

A. New Car Insurance Policy

  • 100% refund if the policy is cancelled within 15 days of policy issuance.
  • After 15 days, refund or deduction will depend on the respective insurance company’s policy and approval.

B. Renewal Insurance Policy

  • 100% refund will be processed if the policy is issued in advance and cancelled before the policy start date.
  • After the policy has commenced, refund or deduction will depend on the respective insurance company’s policy and approval.

C. General Conditions

  • Policy cancellation requests will be accepted any time after policy generation, subject to the insurer’s terms and approval.
  • Policies can typically be cancelled within 24–48 hours after cancellation requests are raised, provided all required documents are submitted correctly.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the policy is successfully cancelled.
  • Refund amounts, once approved, will be credited to the customer’s original bank/payment account within 15–30 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refund timelines and deductions may vary depending on the respective insurer’s internal processing and regulatory norms.

2. Policy Delivery Timeline

  • Insurance policies are generally issued and delivered to the registered email ID within 5–7 working days from the date of successful payment and document submission.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on geographical location or verification requirements.
  • Customers will receive a digital copy (soft copy) of the policy via email. Physical copies are not issued unless specifically requested and permitted by the insurer.
